Senior Associate

Paola Morales (she/her) is a Senior Associate for the Universal Access Project. She works on grantmaking, research and communications for UAP's private sector engagement and U.S. foreign policy initiatives. Paola also serves as a direct liaison between many of UAP's partners and the team.

She received a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University, with a concentration in international development. Paola has professional experience in gender and sexuality studies, and she is passionate about human rights, intersectional feminism and gender policy.
